Now received three messages saying no on home to receive parcel. Untrue! As I am housebound I am home 24/7 except when hospitalised. My parcel has been delivered by Kieron plus another driver on 15 March at 11:15 hrs. Please re deliver in next 24 hours to Mr j Todman 33 Fison Walk

Friendly staff, I did get confused with the Evri system trying to scan the postage label.. didn't need to! If you have printed the label just take it to the counter.
