Looking to replace front and back doors. Booked an appointment for someone to come around the next morning to give us a quote. Confirmed the appointment over the phone there and then. Also had a confirmation text. 10 mins prior to the appointment we had a missed call on our phone. When we called them back we were informed that as we hadn’t answered the call, our time slot had been allocated to someone else and could they book another. Not great service. Not a good start to a contract. Won’t be using this company.

Absolutely disgusted with Safestyle. I had a sales person come in to quote me on replacing my 10 windows. I agreed on the style of window with no air vets as the ones I have where fitted standard by the council with vents and was told that that would be ok.I told the guy that if I had to have air vents I would not be replacing my windows on which he guarantied me I would not have to have them as it was my choice so signed on the dotted line. I had the survey done and was questioned about the air vents and told him the same on which he said it would be ok. A few days later I received a call telling me they needed another surveyor to come out for a second survey. He came questioned me again about the air vents and I told him the same again and pointed out that I have vents in my walls why would I want them in my windows to, (My neighbor's have had theirs replaced without vents so can't see why I can't.) he carried on with his measuring. A few days later I get a call from Safestyle with a query regarding the air vents and I am told I have to have the new windows with air vents due to Building regulationson which I said they can cancel my order as I was guarantied by there sales rep that I could have them without. Maybe you should train your sales staff so they know what building regulations are so that you don't waste peoples time. Needless to say I canceled the order and was told I would get my £100 deposit back within 3 to 5 days. Big surprise a week later I still haven't had my money back and to make things worse when cleaning my windows I found that the surveyor has damaged the trim around 2 of my windows. Wouldn't take no for an answer. Appalling marketing and salesman who managed to give discounts from nearly£5000 to £2500. Seriously do people really fall for this! When I accepted another companies professional and honest quote and informed them of this they wouldn't stop hassling me using different phone numbers every time I blocked them. Absolutely appalling company.

The introduction of the company via the salesperson & his laptop was a bit long but very informative. The complete sale of our front door in the privacy of our own home, was quite lengthy but all avenues were covered. Once the door was ordered we did wonder if we paid a little more than we budgeted for but once it was fitted we were more than delighted. The fitter was polite, fast & cleaned the small amount of mess once finished. The end product was beautiful & makes our bungalow very presentable from the outside. I can't stop looking at it thanks very much. Would certainly use you again & recommend to others.

I have just had 6 windows, 2 doors and a window to French door conversion installed in a 2 bedroom ground floor Maisonette. Firstly, the rep was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't use a hard sell; then a week later the surveyor was equally pleasant. On the day of fitting two guys (Marty and Luke) arrived at 9 and worked tirelessly until 5:30 (joined in the afternoon by Tom) to complete the job in appalling weather. All 3 were efficient, professional, friendly and hard working. Yes, there was some dust left but they had to knock a wall out, so it was only and hour of cleaning by the wife and me and all back to normal. The whole install is fantastic, a really good product, excellently fitted. Thanks lads and thanks to Safestyle for A rated eco-diamond windows at a great price.Just a word about one of the competing companies (Anglian). They very nearly got the job until their area manager phoned, and when I mentioned Safestyle he got really bitter and started scaremongering and threatening failure of the whole job. Totally unprofessional attitude and lost them over £7k.I can totally recommend Safestyle.

Just had 8 windows and 2 doors fitted by Safestyle, we ordered our windows on the 2nd December and had a fitting date of the 4th January, couldn't ask for a better job had a great price on them couldn't be more helpful, the team of fitters we had we brilliant nothing was to much for them, very clean and tidy, the little mess they made it was tided up as soon as they were done in that room, had them all in and done in one day.

The installation was quick and professional from start to finish. Great care was taken to protect carpets and flooring from marks and the two man team were polite, cheerful and very efficient. They tidied away any mess and all I had to do was vacuum and replace any moved furniture; they even managed not to affect the plants in the flowerbed below the window they were replacing.The finished window was exactly as I expected.My experience of Safestyle would definitely lead me to recommend them to any of my friends. Well done and thank you!

We were contacted about our annual review of our windows and door fitted three years ago. We’ve had no trouble with them and were very impressed with the whole contract so when they suggested we replace our old wood front door we accepted an appointment for a quote. A lovely man called Pete came and gave us a surprisingly good quote which we accepted. Within a fortnight we were given a date and last week it was fitted! A lovely clean job, the fitted came on time, although it was cold he made sure we were ok and we now have the door we wanted, no draughts and a fully secure front door. We’d recommend Safestyle UK to everyone.

From our consultants visit, surveyors estimates and installation we couldn’t be any more delighted with the service, installation and product. We only wanted a composite front door, our consultant took us through all the options, we had received a quote from another company that was in the region of £5.5k so we didn’t know what to expect. The consultant took us the the process and we selected our door, the glass panels, the fittings and installation. The surveyor arrived the following day to check everything and an installation date was set. The installer arrived as planned and fitted the door, no mess afterwards and a lovely tidy job. The post installation manager arrived later in the afternoon to check the workmanship and we shared how happy we were. We then discussed the possibility of replacing our 10 windows and back door. He arranged for a new consultant to visit us that evening. The upshot is we have gone ahead with a new order for 10 windows and a back door at a price that couldn’t be beaten. If the work goes half a smoothly as the door installation we will be delighted! Thank you and well done Safestyle UK for everything.

Contacted Safestyle after reading their advert claiming to beat anyone's prices". I already had a quote from a local firm in plymouth to replace all windows in my home for new A rated ones. I showed the sales agent this quote and he called a manager and we agreed on a price slightly under this quote (seemingly honouring their advert). The surveyor came and measured up noting they needed an easy Dec scaffold tower over the porch. All was fine until a week later when someone rang me to say they could not proceed without extra money for scaffold to access over the porch. I highlighted the agreed cost was a total price for all the works in order to beat a precious quote I already had. They didn't want to know. Pay up or we won't do the work. Out of interest I wanted to know what extra they wanted for this relatively simple access issue that. (Now bear in mind the official web site for easy Dec scaffold highlight that with a purchase price of roughly £5k with 40 jobs per year with a recommended cost to customers at £275 a time the scaffold will pay for its self twice over). £1200!!!! They were asking for an extra £1200 on a contract that was agreed at a total of £4400. I couldn't help but laugh! They then hid behind the statement
