Great Service and advice!I'm an enthusiast wildlife photographer on a budget. And when I was in I was able to get advice on lenses to use for the type of subjects I capture. I was given great advice on what to look for, if I should wait or get something now, and they were kind enough to allow me to get my hands on what I was looking for and get a feel for what I need to be looking for.

I've been buying much of my camera kit from Wex for many years, normally from the Norwich warehouse, and have always enjoyed great service at competitive prices. I only became aware of the existence of the Cambridge store, which opened earlier this year. quite recently. I placed an order over the phone, had an easy trip to Cambridge followed by excellent customer service from David Johnson. I'll certainly be returning in the future.

I spoke with the branch manager Mathew when I visited Cambridge and was very impressed with his knowledge and understanding of cameras and camera lenses. Mathew printed off some options for me to upgrade my camera to take home for consideration. I ordered two pieces of equipment from the Wex Photo Video website and am happy with my purchases. I would definitely recommend visiting this store and speaking with the staff there.

I visited this shop just before leaving on holiday. They were outstanding helping me with my problem - fungus on lenses. On return equally helpful. Rachel Hunter was terrific. All the staff are a credit , but she earns a ten star rating.

I was looking to upgrade my camera equipment from DSLR to mirrorless. I had a good idea of what I was looking for and had chatted with Wex staff online previously, to get a better idea. I visited the Cambridge store to look at cameras and lenses and Alejandro Mosquera was very helpful and patient with me, and gave me plenty of time to help me decide on my purchases.

The knowledge of the store manager, Matthew, and his helpfulness and guidance in helping me select lenses for my latest project was invaluable. This store is worth the trip to beautiful Cambridge! The whole staff are very friendly and really like the pet friendly dog visitor wall. They really care about the entire customer experience. Will be back!
