My insurance company used these for recovering my camper van. Really nice chap Martin Beckmann picked us up and got us recovered over 120 miles from Bournemouth to bucks.Our safety and welfare was his priority and got to myself any my kids really quick. Would definitely recommend and hope I wouldn’t need them again but would certainly request martin again if needed in the future.

Fabulous service, my wife was driving down the M3 and the tyre pressure light came on, pulled into the services and a super helpful man from Ravenscroft sorted it out with a re-set of the system. Truly helped a damsel in distress! Many thanks, Tim

I could not recommend this company enough! I am a 20 year old girl, who broke down in a lay-by in the pitch black. Called the RAC as they are who I have a policy with, but they left me waiting for 4 hours alone. After a while, the RAC sent a request for this company to come and help. When Nathan arrived, I was instantly put at ease. He went above and beyond to help me, and even when the RAC cancelled his job, he refused to leave me until someone came to make sure I was safe. After 20 minutes of waiting with me the RAC allocated the job back to Nathan - which both him and I were so glad about as I knew Nathan would help me get me and my car home. It is not often to come across people who genuinely care for others and would do anything to help, so hats off to Nathan and this company for helping me get home & help me remain calm in such a time of uncertainty!

Chris @ Fleet rang me reassuringly before arriving and kept me at ease. He was calm and collected when he towed my car to a garage. He’s a real credit to the company and the company itself is reliable and trustworthy. Thank you!

I needed a recovery truck to relay me from Fleet Services late Monday evening and Jennifer was very helpful. she drove very well, made me feel at ease, when it's late and I was tired. She took my car and my self home safely. Thank you very much for your good work.

The recovery guy ‘Chris’ was such a lovely man. He called me 20 mins before he arrived giving me time to get back to my car. He was extremely friendly and very polite. He really was superb ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

my engine failure/stop light came on so AA sent these guys out to me. Ryan went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable from the off. He was very knowledgable and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He towed my car to my mechanics and made sure I was safely picked up. He bought a new meaning to rescue service ! Give this man a raise! top job

I have never experienced a firm like this since the 90s! Left an OAP stranded and was so rude. They took my dad 17 miles when home was 4 miles away because they are Jobsworths with a computer says no attitude. Can't wait for Karma to hit you. Took him to a safe place, right at their base, convenient for them! So they said if we cancel AA then they would pick up as private customer, so we cancelled AA and then he said not interested in helping. So professional.... yes, I was a frustrated customer but he was outrageous.
