Came in for an early Sunday lunch and wasn't busy at all, may be cause of the weather as was quiet freezy and wet outside! It got busier later on though! So luck of atmosphere at first an was quiet cold inside too, heaters off.Mind u the guy on shift did compensate it all, very pleasant, helpful and more important positive and professional. Well done !Food was good. Rump steak well cooked and tasty, hunters chicken not too bad, would say a bit dry. Only issue the onion rings on different dishes here can definitely improve, wouldn't recommend them!Prices are the cheapest I've seen around, wow !All in all good town pub, great if the staff are all the same.

I had done jury service here in December 2022 and have to say that we were well looked after by the court staff when doing this formal public duty was not so daunting and there was little waiting around.

Fine pub. Has very comfortable seating areas and plenty of them. The beer selection isn't the widest I've ever encountered but there is pretty much something for everyone there.Only complaint I have is that while we were playing pool a DJ was setting up his speakers for a session later in the evening. For some odd reason there was an overwhelming smell of fish coming off his stack!

I’m reading the reviews on here, just to realise how stupids the people are. Most of the people like 97% left a review for the PUB called The Crown, instead of leaving reviews for the Luton Crown Court.

This place is well furnished, and great for sport fans. Also food is appetising, just a bit expensive. It has a well set out garden. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The only issue are 1: access is not disabled friendly. 2: access to the toilet is also not disabled friendly. 3: not always enough staff working behind the bar sometimes only 1member working and have to serve food

Nice pub on Market Hill, Luton went in on Sunday for lunch. It was quiet in the bar area but the gardens were busy. They have just released a new menu which looks good but service was a little slow. All in all a nice little venue.

Nice bar, always feels cosy in there with a pub/bar feel in the day and a small nightclub feel at night. Food is good quality and hasn't been a long wait in my experience. Staff have always been polite enough. Nice variety of drinks and draught beers always good.

Only been here a few times with friends and its been nice. However came in with my nan and daughter for lunch was seen by the staff told to sit down and given a high chair, so there we sat looked through the menus decided on what to eat (note by this time my daughter was very cranky)I then went to the bar to order to then be told its an hour wait !? Fair enough if they were busy but to let a customer sit down without pre warning them is silly.I returned today for lunch asked before hand how long is the food wait and i got an abrupt answer from a bar lady saying not right now but there probably will be after these few people order"We left and went to the red lion instead where the food is always served fast and is quality food ! Its a shame as we wanted to try somewhere different. Wont be trying here again."
