Louisa is the person you need at your wedding, we cannot recommend her enough! We booked Louisa for on-the-day co-ordination for our dry hire barn venue wedding and she was just fantastic. From the initial call with Louisa we knew we had book her, she could just see our vision for the day straight away and we got on so well. Louisa went above and beyond what we expected, and on the day it was like she could read my mind, moving props and details around the barn, so we made the most out of them. We had to do a change around to make the ceremony room into the evening dancefloor, and Louisa took care of everything. We did not have to stress about anything on the day, we completely trusted Louisa and the whole day went so smoothly. We wanted to plan the wedding ourselves, so we just had Louisa for co-ordination, but booked her for set up the day before, the day itself, and to help clear the day after. Louisa also came with us for a venue visit and had a few catch ups with us along the way with our photographer, and just to check in with our planning. Since the wedding we have had so many of our guests say our wedding was the most relaxed wedding they had ever been to, and we completely credit Louisa for this, allowing us and all of the guests feel so relaxed as everything was taken care of. Louisa was absolutely amazing. From start to finish we felt that Louisa was truly invested into helping us have the most perfect day, she gave us some great ideas early on and truly helped us have the most incredible day which was above and beyond our expectations. Louisa was fantastic from start to finish. When we had our first chat, her warm and friendly personality put me at ease. I knew straight away we were in good hands. Louisa and Lorna - what can we say! This was the best decision we made with regards to our wedding prep. Planning a DIY wedding from abroad can be tough but the planning hours and on site walk through were incredibly useful, and you gave us so many great tips and suggestions we would never have considered! On the day and the week before Lorna you were phenomenal support. Dealt with every crisis where needed and allowed us to completely relax and enjoy the moments. We really appreciated you helping us our with the personal touches and requests we had, and being a reassuring face in the crowd. From the minute I met Louisa I knew we just had to book her to coordinate our wedding at the Tudor Barn. Louisa’s knowledge of the industry and her experience as an Award Winning Planner & Coordinator shone through every interaction we had with her. It’s no wonder she is so popular.Louisa was not just our coordinator she was our biggest cheerleader, a wardrobe assistant, a decorator, a fixer, a friend, and so much more.Louisa really is the most sincere, kind and knowledgeable lady in the wedding business. She goes above and beyond….and back again, she even collected & returned our last minute hired items, offered me her earrings when I forgot mine and fixed the Grooms bow tie. Louisa planned our wedding with us over the course of a year. Hiring Louisa was one of the best decisions we made! What can we say!!! Louisa was, and is, fantastic!!! We hadn’t given much thought into what a wedding planner could offer us as we are both very organised people, however Louisa came highly recommended from our venue owner. Louisa helped us with on the day coordination for our at home wedding and also with some planning power hours. She was absolutely amazing from day 1 and would recommend to anyone. She caught every detail that was missing, was really fast and friendly in her communication, and made the day so much more relaxed than it otherwise would have been.
