very professional throughout the entire process.As we approached Arctic about replacing our windows, they arranged for someone to come out within 48 hours to discuss the work with us.Raymond, while new, talked us through our options and spoke directly to Bill on any issues he did not know to ensure we were always given accurate information about our choices and the timescales for the project.The windows were created and ready for install within the 3 weeks promised, and Todd and Calvin arrived on the date provided to begin the work. During the first fitting, Todd spotted a snag in one of the windows, and that same day ordered the replacement window.From start to finish, the team from Arctic have been friendly and approachable, and all concerns were addressed and honest timescales and costs were provided throughout.

Raymond Gave us extensive information regarding all aspects of the work to be carried out and the company Artic Improvements good professional attitude made us feel at ease we're both in our 70s installed great confidence in us, the surveyor s came next day and went over the procedures with us again would definitely recommend using Artic Improvement if your going to install new windows.
