Decent food but put an order in and after hour and a half i rang up to enquire about it and was told it should be with me any minute now and waited and extra 30 minutes and turns out they didnt see my order. Woman on phone could of easily told me that but instead lied about the time and could of got it sorted sooner

First time to order awful chips cold and looked like they had been fried more than once donner kebab cold and hard could of rang to complain but why should we as we have paid for a meal and expect it to be at least fresh and hot never again

It used to be really good but has gone down hill , twice they've forgotten things I've ordered, and the food is just thrown in a container and that much sauce you can't see anything and it's dripping out the sides ! And the chip's are double dipped so there full of grease, won't be ordering again sorry !

Called to find out if our food was on its way, phone was answered by the rudest girl I have ever spoken to, she was unhelpful, wouldn't find out if it was on its way and she then hung up on me, I cannot fault your food but she should be sacked

Went for large munchy box basically contained donner and chips for £13 comes with 4 slices of really dry garlic bread not edible! 4 onion rings, and only 3 chicken nuggets!! Very poor effort! Never again!

Food took just over 1 hour after being told 30 minutes..Parts of my order was missing. After phoning 25 times I finally got a answer to be told my missing order would be with me in 10minutes...After waiting 1 hour again I rang up to be told my food hadn't even left to get to me ...and apparently they had phoned me .....which is a lie as I didn't get a call from them ....Needless to say I will not be having food from here again...Very disappointed.

Very disappointing- placing order was met with hostility- our food was cold and was basically inedible. Won’t be ordering again. Such a shame as this is a local resource.

I placed an order at 17:15pm and was told the wait was an hour and a half for delivery, I requested to have the food delayed until 7pm as I was on the way home from work. At 19:10 ten minutes after the food was meant to be delivered and 1 hour and 55 minutes after I placed the order. They told me that my food hadn't even been cooked yet, and said that it would be another 45 minutes until it was delivered. After I rang them multiple times there was no gesture of a reduced rate for the food I had paid for, and to top off the experience when the food finally arrived at 19:50 my pizza was still stone cold and burnt. Least enjoyable take away experience of my life.
