I was nervous when I decided to come to CFC. It had been a few years since I had done any exercise and I felt sluggish and out of shape. Andy made me feel really comfortable, each session is tailored to me and what I want to get out of it. I’m actually now enjoying exercising! I feel stronger, happier and healthier as a result of my weekly sessions. Highly recommend!

Another fab sports massage off Andrew this morning to iron out a few running niggles in advance of the Chester Half Marathon this coming weekend. My legs feel better already! Andrew has also given me some ace tips in preparation for the week ahead and I even got a few foam rolling tips, or more so 'orders' post massage which will get my legs ready for my half marathon!This sports massage is absolutely fantastic value for money and I'd highly recommend Andrew if you are in need of a deep tissue massage!Thank you again :-)

Andy has been giving me a series of sports massages in preparation for an upcoming marathon. Absolutely brilliant service, booking system is slick and reliable, massages themselves really get to the root of the issue. I'd been struggling with a persistent knee ache for months, and after just a couple of deep massages with Andy, the knee is so much better. Couldn't recommend highly enough if you're looking for Sports Massage in Chester.

As a hairdresser, I've built up loads of muscle tension in my back & shoulders. Andy first tested my range of motion & strenghth. He then performed a deep tissue sports massage on the problem areas. He is so friendly & professional. I could feel the tension release both during & after the treatment. Following the massage Andy gave me some take away mobility exercises to practice at home too! I would 100% recommend him as a true professional & a top guy! Will be going to him from now on for regular treatment.

Had a few months of PT sessions from Andy to get me into shape before my wedding. Andy is a class PT and a bloody nice bloke too. He taught me about eating well and isolating muscle groups and he really pushed me on my sessions until i had no more to give - which is what you want and I really felt the benefit. I lost weight and replaced fat with muscle and i feel more confident all round. I would highly recommend Andy 5*

I can’t rate Andrew at Chester fit clinic highly enough, he combines his extensive knowledge of the muscles and how they work with massage and strengthening and stretching exercises to form a complete package. He is far better than any Physio I have ever visited he explains and shows you how to do the exercises and then sends you them on an app so it’s easy to follow I am so pleased Andrew was recommended to me.

I was bought a 3x sports massages voucher for my birthday. Had my first of 3 today, booked my next 2 straight after. Andy is a great guy and knows his stuff. After struggling with my lower back I realise this is perfect for releasing the tightness in my muscles. Definitely recommend.

I work as a Landscape builder and have issues with leg mobility, especially my knees. I've had three sports massage's from Andy now and they make a huge difference to improving this. Andy is professional, friendly and his prices are extremely good. I will continue to use his services in the future.
