Ben provided a very professional service when fitting our curtains in five rooms. He understood our requirements and made prior visits to the fitting taking place. Please note this is a very real and genuine post. The owner of this company called Ben has taken a 4 figure sum of money and after 12 months hasn’t once been in contact to arrange installation of our bespoke curtains and pole. I cannot express enough the appalling lack of professionalism and constant feeding of excuses we have had to endure for all this time. Left in a position now where contact has completed ceased and he isn’t responding to us at all. I’m deeply saddened that a company can treat anyone like this and I truly want people to learn of this experience before entertaining this company full stop. We have very recently learnt of others who have had a similar experience with Ben and have therefore made the decision to report the company for further investigation with Trading Standards. We don’t want this happening to others after what we have been through. This has been such an awful and stressful experience for us.

We had very specific ideas for our blinds (2 sets of bifold doors, 1 set of French doors, 1 bay window and a roof lantern), as we wanted the pelmet and the bar on the bottom of the blind to match the colour and texture (wood grain) of these doors and windows. Ben completely understood our requirements and he spent a lot of time and effort sourcing the cladding to match and to then make sure it was suitable to use on the blinds, but for us it was worth all this extra work as the end results are absolutely stunning! We found that this sort of bespoke service that Ben is able to provide was not replicated anywhere else we went. And Ben’s prices were reasonable too. As such I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Ben and ‘Love is Blinds’.Thank you very much Ben

Absolutely love our new blinds after nearly two years of temporary Ikea ones! We were very limited with what we could have due to the type of windows we have, but there was great choice of colours and Ben and Louise have been super helpful at fitting and rectifying a couple of issues. Would thoroughly recommend ❤️
