The lady knows what she's doing. Very friendly. Very happy I found her and not expensive. She shortened 10 pairs of the most awkward shaped trousers and at last I can wear them. Definitely 5 stars

I first came across Usenee when I needed to have some items altered at a very short notice for an event. When other services in the area were unable to help, Usenee was the only person who was willing to accommodate me (even though she had her own workload to get through at the time). Thanks to her, my items were altered on time, and to top it off, the quality of her workmanship was fantastic. I will always be grateful to her for this.Since then, I have continued to return and use her services. Usenee is very friendly, knowledgeable (keeping up to the latest styles and advising on best alternations that will suit the individual), skilful and honest. I have found that her prices are extremely competitive compared to other tailors and the overall service is excellent.Having also used several alteration services in London, I would say that Usenee is a cut (excuse the pun) above them. Keep up the great work Usenee! :-)
