I called round almost all local providers and Horrocks were not only the cheapest, but arguably the most polite and professional service I spoke to. The skip was ordered last minute and delivered on time, there were no hounding phone calls for collection, and once it was ready for collection they came the next day with no fuss. Couldn't recommend them more!

Called up and they were able to deliver the slip the following day. They put the skip just where we needed it.When we called for pick up they collected the next day. Both drivers polite and the person I spoke on the phone also.Good price for the size, will use again.

Abi was extremely responsive with all communication. There was no rush in having to have the skip collected which was a bonus when you work full time.The service from start to finish was excellent and I would definitely recommend for value for money and service.

I used Horrocks when I removed my old kitchen and they were excellent. The skip location was really awkward to drop but their drivers managed it no problem and were willing to drop it where it meant I could easily load it. They collected it really quickly once full, and were away in no time. All round very good

I never leave reviews but simply had to for this firm thanks to their truly outstanding service; I couldn’t recommend Horrocks waste management any more, speedy and hassle free service! I shopped around and landed upon not only the best price but the best service service in the business. Supportive like an old best friend, their knowledge seemed second to none in terms of waste management best practise, and most most importantly courtesy staff. Jobs completed as promised and in good time…a big thank you and shout out to Max, Will and the team! Have used multiple different times now.
