Honestly the most kindest and warming people I’ve ever met! I went in with an expensive bag that I definitely did not want to replace and asked them if they could fix a tear! I had no hope but they did everything they could and it looks brand new again! Gave it to me on the house, just shows the kind of insanely kind humans they are! Highly recommend going!

The place to go to get shoes Re-soled and re-healed - great service with a quick turnaround.Had several keys cut and they have always been perfect.Also good for watch batteries!Will be back soon!

I always trust Timpson's to do my shoe repairs, and key cutting as they always do excellent work.

I went into Timpsons in Chineham just to use the photo machine. I had excellent service from the Manager and would ago there again every time I need photos printed.

Had zip replaced on favourite rain coat excellent job certainly saved alot in getting a new coat

If you can’t offer a proper photo printing service. I suggest getting rid of the service from your shop. Today afternoon, we went to get our British passport size photos for myself and my little one. Two ladies were working and they had no idea about the requirements for British passport photos and has zero clue on what they are doing.They were very rude as soon as we walk in the shop. They didn’t even want to serve us properly. It made myself, wife and 2 little ones very uncomfortable until we leave the place.They taken few shots and uploaded into the system and still it got rejected. But she casually printed it and gave it us. And she charged almost £30. For 2. And still the prints are in very bad quality and got yellow lines on the photos.We had to go to another place to take the photos again.If you can’t offer a good service please take it off your stores. And try to recruit good employees that knows how to treat customers. Or at least train them on how to do so.I didn’t even want to give a star to this rubbish service.

The manager at this Timpson's was brilliant. I had an issue with 2 remote car keys, he took time to understand what was wrong and got one of the keys to fully work.Thank you very much

Amazing service from Denzel yesterday. After having a failed repair from another store on an old but treasured watch, I purchased a new one that needed a strap adjustment.Having always used Timpson for strap adjustment I visited the branch in Basingstoke. During the adjustment Denzel took plenty of time to ensure a perfect fit and we discussed why I had bought a new watch. He then offered to take a quick look at my old damaged one and within a few seconds had fix the mistake that the previous store had made to the self charging wheel.Like many others, I was dubious about using Timpsons for a tricky repair on a watch but have been presently surprised. Timpsons will now be my first choice for mobile phone and watch repairs as well as battery and strap adjustment.

Passport photos taken last week were rejected by authorities as yellow lighting tinge around the subject and width and height of head was incorrect. Grumpy Guy made a fuss about retaking photos and they had better things to do, if you can’t produce photos to spec you shouldn’t offer these services in first place…will stick to automated photo booth next time for a better service
