Avoid this Garage!! staff are useless and are not interested once they have your money.We bought a car online & paid for delivery, was promised a full tank of fuel but it arrived with none, the service book & handbook we’re also missing from the car, i phoned the dealership straight away & I was told they were left on the salesman’s desk by mistake.They promised they we’re going to post this to me but 7 weeks later we have still not received it, I have sent 17 emails & made 6 phone calls to them but still No service history, to top it off I’ve been hold today that the dealership is closing down at the end of April & there is nothing else they can do.Hardly surprising is it…..

Lewis, our salesman, has been possibly the most helpful car salesman we have ever had. He kept us informed as to where our car was in the manufacturing process. Once the car was delivered he went through every aspect of it's functions. Because this was my first ever automatic car he took me for a drive in it before I left the showroom to make sure I was happy with the layout and gears, then after I arrived home he called me to make sure I had got home safely, which I thought was a nice touch. All in all a great experience.

Absolutely terrible service received from these crooks. After our brand new Fiesta was supplied with a damaged bumper and evidence of touch-up paint, they seemed willing to put this right. However after 3 months of being ignored and fobbed off, their valeting team have left more damage on the paintwork than it started with. Love the car, but dont trustford

Last week i visited Trust Ford Wakefield to have a look at purchasing a new car. I was really unsure about the style of Car & Rosie was the perfect person to speak to! She Found the correct car for me which was within my price rang. I picked the car up yesterday and i absolutely love it! Shes a credit to the business.

Despite the delays in delivery of many new vehicles we were very happy with the way that Trust Ford Wakefield dealt with our order.We felt we were given all the relevant information by Rosie without the “big sell” which we appreciated.We were regularly updated as to the progress being made with the manufacture and delivery of our new car.We are delighted our new car.

Great service from Neil and Dan at Trustford WakefieldDue to an on-going house move i needed a quick solution when my old car had a serious issue. I found the lightly used car I wanted online at Trustford Wakefield, phoned them at 10am, drove away at 2:30pm. They really pulled out all the stops to get it sorted for me, and were pleasant and friendly throughout.

Fabulous service throughout. Our salesman, Lewis, was a pleasure to deal with throughout. No nonsense during the sales process and then regular updates received when promised. The car arrived significantly earlier than expected but we were always kept informed. A great experience and one that would lead me to recommend Lewis and the team to anyone. I will ensure we speak to them again when we next consider changing cars.

Joshua was really helpful, friendly and not pushy at all.He was really honest with everything which is a breath of fresh air compared to some car sale rooms.I was given time to gather my thoughts, because buying a new car can be a big decision. He even asked exactly what I was looking for and kept an eye out for the right car coming through.The other team members that I encountered at Wakefield were great too.
