Following the passing of my Mum recently at a local Nursing Home, we asked them to recommend a good Funeral Director. They immediately suggested this Funeral Diectors on Hickman Road in Penarth. We met the very next day with Joan, and her son, Tony. They treated us with such care and compassion, and were so gentle in their guidance at what is such an emotional time. They were not pushy at all, and showed huge respect to us at all times. The funeral took place yesterday.... we felt in safe hands, and everything went just as Mum would have wanted.
