Food is tremendous, I moved house recently and I don't like my new closest Chinese restaurant. So I now go to here even though it's 2 miles away from me. Very friendly staff and great value for money (they really pack the food into the containers!)My two kids will tell me straight that they don't like some takeaways but this is their favourite Chinese food in Aberdeen.

Do not order from this place. An order was placed through at 5.20pm with an estimated delivery time of 6.25pm which in these times. We got a message shortly after ordering to say the driver couldn't find us and to phone the restaurant but then we recieved a message saying that the order was on it's way. We waited until 7pm when we got a message to say our order was cancelled by the restaurant. When we phoned we were put on hold and then told that they couldn't find us so they cancelled the order. They then changed the reason to that we didn't pay the extra £2 for the delivery , yet the instructions were to leave it for the driver, so this could not be paid beforehand. When requesting if we could get our order, they proceeded to hang up on us. They failed to tell us if they had even cooked the order or when the order had left the restaurant. When we phoned back to make another order, they then hung up on us again. Very rude customer service and no actual reason for cancellation of order. Very disappointed in this takeaway, do not order from here.

Worst honey chilli chicken I've ever had. Could have been 2 Iceland breaded chicken breasts with a runny no taste sauce poured over it absolutely no vegetables in the sauce. STEER CLEAR and go to a proper Chinese takeaway folks

Shocking, I tried to explain through the door/window from a safe distance that I was profoundly deaf and unable to ring through an order and that there was no mobile number to text. A very rude man on the counter told me I wasn’t able to put in a takeaway order unless it was phoned through, shut the door and walked away while I was still trying to explain! Never come across such poor and shocking service. He needs a lesson in public relations and disability awareness. I will be telling anyone I know to avoid this place at all costs.

Exceptional food and service! Easily the best Chinese in Aberdeen, excuse the bold statement but its true! Servings are very big, the food is actually consistent which is a major thumbs up for me. No matter which day or which chef is working the food tastes and looks the same. Also the guy on the front desk really is a lovely person. He went out of his way to return a purse that my partner had left on one of the seats, taking full ownership of ensuring it got back to us. He even had it delivered to us as we are regulars and he had our address!

Have used a lot over the years and not had problems but last night was very disappointing. A few errors on the order which happens but their attitude thereafter was very poor, aggressive and unhelpful, missing items not replaced and a reluctance to offer aN acceptable solution.Also they called me for additional delivery costs Once I placed the order online which had to be paid directly to them over the phone which is strictly against Just Eat’s policy and they are currently investigating further. I paid £6.95 in total for delivery and tip, my mistake in hindsight but be warned.

This was amazing! I didn’t go eat in but got delivery, that’s why there is no atmosphere, the service is low due to the delay in delivery. But the chicken balls ARE AMAZING!!! and the noodle are also fantastic. Gotta say the food is soo good. ( we ordered way to much for 2 people but we ate most)

We ordered from here before and was really nice so tried again tonight and really wish we hadn’t. Ordered our food at 18:05 but didn’t arrive until 19:50. Almost 2hrs wait and the food was for the most part ok. The chips were very underdone and everything else was pretty average. Considering this was a Thursday night we were pretty disappointed in the delivery time and food quality. Thinking about our last order which was quick and tastier I would say this place has serious consistency issues leaving you in the land of luck if you get a good meal quickly or not.

Loved this place when it first opened however it went downhill; staff on desk were rude/sullen, orders often mixed up and food lacked authentic flavours.HOWEVER!!!!! I've recently returned and on both occasions everything was faultless; staff on desk = charming, orders = always right and ready on time and the meals = hot, fresh, full of veggies and the flavours are back; authentic and well-balanced.Hope it stays this way as I love their food ❤
