Charged me 120 for 2 tyres which would cost 90 somwhere else to replace, decent people, but not competitive pricing.

Burts have been servicing our bikes for some years and are always efficient, friendly and reasonably priced and can offer advice on a wider scale - today I found out about the lack of available second-hand bikes and huge delays to the cycle-to-work scheme due to extreme demand, which helps me plan ahead. Highly recommended.

Very patronising, clearly didn't like the make of my bike because he kept making comments about the big stores even though I bought it from an independent bike shop years ago. Told me he could only fix it if I found the part online which would take me hours if I was lucky. Took it somewhere else who took one look, said no problem and had it ready in 1 week. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.

When all bike repair shops had a long waiting list, I found this one open and ready to help.Repaired my bike today, was fast and efficient.Could do better with the cleanliness but overall I was happy and satisfied.Yes I would recommend.

Recommended to us when we got caught out with a rear derailleur issue on route into London told us to pop back in 30 mins so quick coffee and when we returned the problem was solved. Great service and much appreciated

Bad experience, the owner is rude and charged me almost double what he quoted me. Do not waste your time going there I definitely will not go back again. While I was there a guy with a flat tire on his bike asked if he could please borrow a tyre pump briefly the owner refused, I’m surprised he is still in business!

Terrible customer service and manners. The guy who seems to be the owner is very rude.Firstly he refused to give me a time frame and cost estimated. Secondly they partly used the parts that I provided and couldn't finish the job so now I can't even return the parts and at the end he was acting annoyed and said I wasted his time since they did part of the job where in fact they wasted my time by accepting a job whihh they couldn't finish and now I can't even return the parts. Avoid this place!!

I was passing and needed air in my front tyre, called in there asking nicely if someone would kindly help me with that, I thought I had mistakenly asked the man to commit an offence! It was clearly a great inconvenience for him.I gave up and struggled until I got home. Very unpleasant man!
