We absolutely love our new kitchen. Designed and supplied by Graham at Affinity Kitchens the quality of the cupboards is exceptional. Graham was very helpful when we sat and designed our kitchen together, offering ideas and storage solutions we hadn't thought of.The kitchen was delivered in a timely manner and we are more than happy with the service we received from design to installation. Graham from Affinity Kitchens came to our house and listened intently on our vision of a new kitchen. During this process I found Graham to be very amiable and honest. Graham would provide alternative solutions to some of our ideas that were just not feasible in our kitchen design due to one factor or another. After spending over an hour with us Graham promised to deliver a design within a few days, he was true to his word. The design that Graham produced was above our expectations. Based on the design we almost immediately made up our mind to choose the design created by Affinity Kitchens over all the other companies we had approached. All that was left was the price, Graham did not disappoint. The price came in on budget and provided us with things that we didn’t actually expect. These little extras were a very nice touch from Affinity Kitchens.Affinity Kitchens did offer an installation service too but we chose not to use his recommended fitters and went with a close family friend. However Infinity kitchens did not then forget about us, Graham kept popping round to see how the installation was advancing and was also only a phone call away if our fitter had issues based around any part of the kitchen fitting process.My experience with Affinity Kitchens has been extremely positive, design and delivery plus customer service have been second to none. I can highly recommend Graham. He is very knowledgeable with many years of kitchen design experience. We also used Graham recently, to design bedroom furniture, for an elderly relative. Quality of products were excellent. Graham liaised with other trades needed, to ensure all work needed for redesigning bedroom layout, was completed to a high standard. Would definitely use again.
