I went to Margaret a bit dubious if it'll work for menopause. But I'd got to the point where I couldn't cope anymore. OMG! 3 sessions in and no more waterfalls down my back, no more restless legs and no more wake nights. All I get at the moment is a wave of heat like I'm in the sun but only for about 5mins and 'IF' I wake up I can fall back asleep and that has helped heaps with meno brain fog. I'm still going so I can see if my metabolism can get back to normal. Thank you Margaret
