Totally unprofessional service dishonest I had a patio door made and fitted by horizon. One panel of the patio door glass were short 3 inches they wanted to fit that on my door when I saw it while they were fitting I was shocked and asked them they already fitted the door so I asked them for the right size glass they said next week and the next week came 4 weeks after . They took the money first so I was chasing them for weeks

NO AFTER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. FRONT DOOR LETS COLD AIR THROUGH.Said they were coming to have a look on dozens of occasions, but never came.Very disappointed.

Third time this same panel has been replaced. Bubbled up with a crack same issue,With the old replaced panels. Will be going elsewere and getting a proper job complete waste of money

Avoid them as far as u can ..words doesn't mean nothing for them.they can say Tuesday but it can be next Tuesday or next month ..they can say 12oclock but can be any time ..no phone answer...so disappointed. Never use them again .

Just had my windows replaced. The guys that came on site where amazing, did a brilliant jobs and left the site clean. I had a short deadline to get these windows done and the guys at Horizon delivered. Great price, brilliant quality and the service was second to none.

Came to measure my windows months ago and took 20 pound deposit from me then didn’t hear back from them. They said numerous times would come to fit but never did. The man in the shop said he will come that day to measure it again or I can have my 20 pound back, I thought will give him a chance and guess what? He never turned up! Disgraceful.

Absolutely unprofessional and horrible service.I have paid a deposit of £315 for agreed installation last Friday, they had to cancel due to a staffing shortage and agreed to come install the following Friday. Their phone keeps ringing out and I will now have to go in store to arrange an install or try and get my money back.Update. They have come to install (Tuesday 26th) with the wrong window panes. Looks like there has been miscommunication somewhere. The installers are fine and professional, however there seems to be a major admin shortage at this firm.
