RUDE STAFF!!! Been here a few times, extremely poor service, staff never want to speak or help. Sadly will be taking my service elsewhere as i feel insulted after today. It’s a shame because I live so close to it. The particular staff is a woman who wears her funny beanie, looks at you like wth you doing here. Doesn’t even attempt to ask if you need help. Very depressing and insulting

I bought fabric from here to rehupholster a set of dining chairs that were getting old and tatty. The materials there were amazing, great quality and a good price too. The staff were really helpful and pretty much worked out for me exactly how much material I'd need.

Unfortunately, I didn't really stay long enough to shop. The carpark is absolutely dreadful, lots of potholes filled with water, and it operates an app based system, whereby you have to log your visit on the website or face a hefty fine. All in all, it's not worth the effort. I did pop into a shop to find out about the parking process, and there was a strong musty smell that would no doubt linger on the products sold. I was also greeted by a sales assistant who warned me that they only accept cash on Saturdays.As I said, my visit was brief and not to be repeated. Sadly not a great experience.

Had a very nice visit to the factory shop today. Lovely and very helpful ladies staffed it and sure did their best to find what I was looking for. Alas, I did not find it but will definitely be back in future.

The car park now has cameras so you need to enter your car registration when in the shop using a QR code. Lots of haberdashery to choose from and generally cheaper than the national shops to. Well worth a visit to this Aladdins cave.
