Great vibe, good sized portions, fresh ingredients used to make incredibly tasty dishes. The meat was cooked to perfection and the flavours.. yum!! An epic dinner, and one of the best meals I’ve had in London. Loved every dish!

Overpriced and dishonestGenerally average priced meat sold at top-quality prices. Told me they would trim the large amount of excess fat on a cut; well they did but only after first weighing it. Came home to discovery they effectively stole £20 from me.Avoid as a butcher, as a restaurant its actually decent.

Hands down the best restaurant I’ve ever been to in London!Head chef Ella gibbons truly elevates the high quality ingredients into a otherworldly flavor experience.My tastebuds are blown away every time I visit this place. Amazing wine options and staff you want to befriend straight away. Overall just an incredible experienceAnother plus: They also accommodate for gluten intolerant folks like me!

Incredible food, great wine, great staff! The meat was amazing but also some of the best vegetarian dishes I've had so far! lots of flavour and love put in the food. Will definitely come back!

Undeniably, the best meal I’ve had in London.What a fantastic concept.Butcher by day, restaurant at night.Fresh, inventive, absolutely delicious dishes with a phenomenal wine list for perfect pairing.The pork head croquettes and in-season Asparagus with lardo were divine!!Intimate, relaxed setting completes the vibe!

highly recommended!Butcher by day and restaurant by night, this particular spot is absolutely worth going. we went for dinner last night and had, hands down, the best meat I had in the UK and probably the best pork I had in my life.I really loved the atmosphere, the staff was very nice, good selection of wine and I love that they have cards you can take explaining the story of every single farmer they work with.will surely come back!!!

We have been there since 2018 and they were good. Now 2023, Hill & Szrok lost the project. They are now unprofessional, dirty, very unkind. The product (the meat) is shoe sole. We do not want to talk about the dinner because it impossible to define it!! Good luck!

A nice concept and good atmosphere in the restaurant. Stand outs were the rump steak and the tomato and fried capers salad. Both incredible.. however the rest of our meal was very average and pretty overpriced. The pickles were too acidic, the quail wasn’t very flavoursome, the steak tartare wasn’t great either. I’d go back for the wine/steak. Service was good

WOW just WOW! I have been in London a lot of times and I have been in to a lot of good restaurants, hill & szrok was the best! Amazing place, amazing vibes, the staff was so friendly and happy! We ordered almost everything from the menu, everything was great! Just no words, for sure one of the best places to visit in London! I can’t wait to come back soon!!
