Richard listened to our wish list, budget and timescale and quickly and thoughtfully produced a design. He advised us on the best positioning, how to consider energy saving, flow through and round the house and the use of a combination of traditional and modern materials and systems. The price quoted for their services were honoured even through meetings, phone calls and messages that were required to develop a design. Richard dealt with the process of outline and full planning and problems that arose from environmental and conservation issues from the Council.
