Disgusting customer service, not friendly at all and all so moody! Definitely not impressed. I had a pram and they did not help me bring my tray over and they were not busy there were only 2-3 customers including me. And 3 of them were making 1 coffee. Funny!

Sliw service, used to be my favourite coffee shop when I lived in Canterbury, went today as I was in the area, expensive, small portions for the price, poor staff, very rude and abrupt, slow service and don't even serve the drinks they're LITERALLY promoting

Coffee as always , fine. Two young people behind counter, as it was an hour till close, clearly tidying and starting the process of closing down. Could tell they didn't really want new customers or anyone making a mess or more work.

I have been to this Costa a couple times now and its great most of the time. Service is occasionally rude or slow, but the overall vibe of the place is good. Prices are what they are and the drinks are good, would recommend.

It was really busy today due to an offer however the staff were really working hard and got through the orders. I had a hot chocolate rather than coffee and it was good. Smooth with a lovely spiced toffee. Had marshmallows and cream to add to it and was great.

A gentleman who serves in the counter discriminated us after we have asked some questions. He smiled at us unfriendly and we have no choice but leave. What a shame for such a great coffee shop but with impolite staff.

Friendly staff, A lovely girl can remember that I like large Americano, they now see me will directly say large Americano. I like to spend my free time there! Tommorrow I will going as well!
