Delighted with the friendly helpful and skilled team at Norrie’s garage in Bell Street, Stornoway. A breakdown requiring major repair far from home on a remote island in your campervan (aka your home) could have been a nightmarish prospect. Especially when the first two garages we visited refused to even look at our problem. Norrie could not have been more obliging carrying out an immediate temporary mend while a new radiator was ordered arriving on the next ferry. Our radiator had been damaged on rough ground in a car park beside Tolsta beach. First thing next morning he had mechanic, also from Tolsta, carry out fitting of replacement whilst we sheltered from torrential rain at home, ie in back of van. Apologies to our mechanic for forgetting his name, was it Andy? We went on to have a wonderful holiday and got back home safely to Glasgow yesterday. Many thanks to Norrie and his team. Highly recommend!

We travel to Lewis lots. On the last 2 trips we've had issues with our van. Firstly with gear linkage. Norrie got it fixed within 2 hours and we were on the road.On this occasion our clutch went. They went above and beyond to source the part and get it fixed on time for him coming home.Brilliant service, amazing staff!!! So helpful and honestly couldn't rate them higher!!!!

We’ve been on holiday on Isle of Lewis and experienced car issues requiring immediate attention to allow us to get home to England. Norries garage of Stornoway have been fantastic. Despite being busy found time to help us identify & fix problem with campervan electrics which were damaged disembarking from ferry at start of our holiday. Think the mechanic worked through his lunch to accommodate us! Allowed us to have great holiday so deserve 5*

Absolutely brilliant! My MOT had run out and they fitted me in the same day and even let me sit in their office ( suitably masked etc) and gave me a cup of tea while I waited! They were efficient, fast and kept me informed. I've been to a lot of garages in my life, this one was definitely the best.

They were the heros who came to our rescue by collecting us, took us to their garage then fixed our campervan allowing us to continue our trip. All done within hours of us calling. Cannot praise them enough.
