Job was started and finished on time. Dormer, en-suite, a couple of bi-folds (1In kitchen), new roof…and a few other jobs we asked to add on which the team took on without issue. Jay helped from the beginning with advising on the planning application and what was and wasn’t possible and ideas for what would work best ref floor plan. All tradesmen were excellent, trustworthy and just what you need when you’re getting a big job done on your house. They were all on time at 8am each day and just cracked on. I don’t normally recommend but would not hesitate in Mersey developments case. Top crew. Top Job. Many thanks to Jay and team

The commitment to the job, especially during the pandemic, has been awesome and certainly made working from home an experience we’ll never forget.As a lesbian couple, inviting workmen (or women) into your home, can be a daunting prospect, especially when it's your first 'big job'. We had our loft converted by Mersey Developments, 6 years ago and we would highly recommend them.The whole team work so efficiently and take such a pride in their work.The finish is of such a high standard that other tradesmen have been impressed.We love it!We have just had a minor fault (wear and tear after 6 years) & Jay straight away said he would send someone out to look at it.They fixed it quickly on their 1st visit and no charge.Thank you so much Jay and the team.

The whole team where thorough in the every aspect of our loft conversion, from Al the labourer right upto Jay the boss they made sure that we where kept informed and updated on every single part of the project.They even went out of their way to ensure both our neighbouring properties were made aware of what was happening each week and even helped them out of their homes when scaffolding was in the way.They made sure the house was cleaned top to bottom at the end of each day, Michael and Chris where amazing with the joinery work, Lee and Evo did a top quality job on the roof. Going above and beyond all expectations. We would highly recommend the company to anybody thinking of getting a loft conversion.

Hip to Gable Loft conversion with bedroom and ensuite in Childwall.I can't fault this company lead by Jay and the amazing team he has working with him. Jay was recommended to us by a friend and came round to provide a quote which was very fair in comparison to the others we had. He was very reassuring to our neighbours who were a little concerned about how our loft conversion would impact them but put them at ease with his experience and knowledge. We could of gone with other builders but we trusted Jay and his team and waited until they could fit us in. Jay told us it would be complete in 6 weeks and it was! The team arrived on time, worked hard and communicated to us throughout the job. The electrician, plumber and tilers were excellent and hats off to Lee, Chris, Michael, and big Al, who were absolute stars. A really friendly and respectful group of builders and skilled tradesmen who we would have back in a heartbeat. A rare find. We won't be going anywhere else for any future work needed. What can I say about Jay and his team absolutely outstanding, from start to finish the workmanship was outstanding, nothing to much trouble, extremely clean and tidy and great bunch of lads. Recommended by a neighbour, we were really impressed by their work which although 5 yrs old looked immaculate. From getting a quote all the way through to finish, Jay and his team were brilliant. The team on the job were great, helpful, respectful, top quality workmanship. Jays project management of the build was spot on - we were exactly on 6 weeks for a complex dormer loft extension with internal ceilings lowered. There’s no better company for this type of work! Would 110% recommend!

From start to finish I have been extremely happy with Jay and the team. Communication was key and I was kept informed of how the build was going day to day and what trades would be coming on which dates. The team are hardworking, honest and easy to get along with and most importantly stick to dates and times and stay on the job until it’s finished. I’ve had experiences of builders were they don’t show up or when they do, stay for an hour with the excuse of going to see a supplier and don’t come back for a few days - thankfully this doesn’t happen at this company.
