1st time here. 2 terminals not working which only left 3 working and at a busy period. Clean surroundings but quite small considering the size of the premises. So place your order just like any other fast food place. Take a seat and wait for someone to holler your number. Meal is given on a metal try which I thought was a cool touch until you realise the food gets cold quicker. Sat at multiple tables as either the seating is wobbly or the tables wobble. Child's meal is really small and not enough. Kids nuggs and chips with a chocolate foam. £3.99. Mac's give you more food and a little bit cheaper. Biggie meal deal: chicken bun like a small chicken mayo. Chicken really nice but lacking on additional fillings. A small slice of lettuce and a vague smidge of sauce. 4 nuggets. And a coffee. £7.99. Overall, quite disappointed with the quantity of food. Lots of little flies hovering around as well which puts you off. L9oking at the menu, there is not a wide selection. As a comparison, I would say an over priced, overrated, reduced portions macdonalds.

Excellent food. Very busy but the service was good. £8 for spicy chicken burger meal, £10 for double cheeseburger meal. Meals come with free drink refills which is a great bonus. Really enjoyed the Frosty too. Very happy overall.

The food was delicious. All freshly cooked to order with good quality ingredients. The restaurant was clean, except the bins, which needed emptying. I felt the food was reasonably priced (£20 for 2 meals) and was very filling! The service was a bit slow for fast food, but worth it for the better quality.

Was very busy at 11:30am, but this branch has only been open a few days. 30 min wait for food.I think burger king will not exist in England in a few years. Wendys is miles better. Baconator was great, had the chili bowl also. Spicy enough. Unfortunately frostys not available. Cant wait to try breakfast. Parked at the ncp by shopping centre. Unlike other reviewers food was hot and great.

We decided to wait a while as the queues used to be ridiculous, but now we find it The opportunity Do you try Wendy's in the UK Portsmouth As we have drawn, Wendy's in America and other countries. But now it's on our doorstep we wanted to compare. The burgers are still classic squared, just like America. The beef is decent. With loads of flavour if I have to compare the taste of wendy's in the u k to another franchise, it would be uncle sam's The price is not too bad £3.99 kids meal But it's also nice that they do jacket potatoes instead of going for french fri did not know they did that My overall experience I would definitely give it a nine out of ten nice plans to eat lots of room the only downside You cannot order from the front desk, you have to do it off a screen, and it's all card. There is no cash taken in this restaurant, as this is a big shame as not everyone is happy with this. especially for the elderly, people. So for that as well it's a 7/10

Popped along to Wendy's this afty to grab a burger and see what all the fuss is about. Restaurant was clean with quick and easy to use touch screen self service terminals. Despite being relatively busy the food was out in ten minutes. It was fresh, hot and whilst being slightly more costly than the place with the creepy clown and Golden Arches it was better quality.All in all, quite impressed and very much like the ones I've used accross the pond.

Well ofcourse when Wendy's popped up close by we had to try it! I had Wendy's in Florida back in 2016 so to experience it in the UK was excellent! I would compare it to the quality of Five Guys. If you think that because it's fairly cheap in America that it will be here you'd be wrong, once again it would be similar to the cost of a Five Guys. Not to say it wasn't delicious though! I was impressed with the service considering it hasn't been open long and it was thus very busy! I'll be returning here I'm sure!

Reasonable selection of food options, pretty clean restaurant with active cleaning staff, but the staff did mess up our order. They fixed it immediately without question tho so it was all good in the end.Worth noting that there doesn't appear to be a way of ordering food via a human. It's all done through the touch screen displays or online

Food is much better quality than other fast foods, the lettuce in the burgers is fresh and crunchy, fries are good quality, . Still a fast food, but better than the average in Portsmouth

Wendy’s has finally landed in the South Coast and is right here in Portsmouth!Located in the heart of commercial road this restaurant offers delicious American cuisine.They serve chicken and beef burgers as well as some vegetarian options like the been burger.I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, spicy nuggets with sweet chilli sauce dip, fries, and a drink.The burger was nice, flavourful and not too try. The fries were the highlight, crispy outside, fluffy inside and well salted.The nuggets were also very good.They offer a selection of soft drinks and I believe it to be refillable.The service was good, ordering is done by oneself at the self serve machines and is a simple and familiar process.It has a very UK fast food restaurant vibe and the price and layout reflect that.They have a separate outside section for deliveries which mean the inside is less crowded than other fast food chains.Want to know the best part? Their breaded chicken is halal!!!They also have soft serve ice cream for dessert.I highly recommend you try this and I will be coming back!5/5
