Love this doctors however I am just wondering if you are still opening on a Saturday morning as we have just tried to call and the voicemail says the practice is closed until next working day which is Monday ? The website states open til 12.30 Please can someone advise thanks

Unfriendly receptionist.I was only trying to register and clearly I was inconveniencing her! Wouldn't hurt to smile or even pretend you're there to help.Hope I never have to actually book an appointment here.

phone is answered quickly by reception , very polite , explain situation , very efficient and great patient care .... you are amazing ... ! after living in surrey all our lives ... and waiting sometimes 3 weeks to be seen ... (mum is end of life care ) you are a breath of fresh air ..... Thank you so much ....
