Today was my first visit to Melmount Manor. I am a Church of Ireland minister and I was there to visit a parishioner. I am very impressed with the warm welcome, and the helpfulness of the staff, who were polite and courteous at all times. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, warm and inviting. The lady I came to visit is very happy there, and her health has noticeably improved since she moved in. I arrived later than I should have and the residents were having their evening meal. The food looked delicious and was of a high standard. There seemed to be a lot of staff members around, which is probably why the residents are so well cared for. I had a most enjoyable visit, and came away feeling very happy that my parishioner is in such good hands. I look forward to my next visit in January. I can't praise this place highly enough.
