We first encountered Warwickshire Clothing at the Badminton Horse Trials. The staff were always helpful and the clothing good quality and value. Because of this we recently visited them in their showroom and were not disappointed by the variety of the stock held. Would highly recommend a visit to this great family run business for all outdoor clothing needs.

Ordered a pair of walking trousers online which arrived two days later. Very efficient service and a great price. Very good range of styles and sizes available to choose from too. What's not to like?

I am really pleased with the after sales service from this company. Bought a pair of walking trousers at the Caravan and Camping show in Manchester in Jan 18. Developed a problem and was going to contact them but they were also at the Badminton horse trials. Replaced without a question. Not even needing proof of purchase. I think these guys are really ethical and highly recommended.

I recently went to the Camping & Caravan show at the NEC where I bought several items from Warwickshire Clothing. Very helpful staff, brilliant customer service, even phoning the other stall at the show to see if they had an item in the size and colour I wanted, which they didn't. But Vijay then offered to post the item to my home, which was fabulous. He sent an email immediately and the item arrived three days later - fantastic!I would just like to say thank you so much again for sending out my order so quickly!After receiving a fair amount of really bad customer service recently from suppliers & parcel couriers, I just wanted to say thank you for a job well done & a very painless transaction all round!Thanks againDeborah Cox

FANTASTIC SERVICE... tried on loads of coats in loads of sizes and the guy was a perfect gentleman. I am fat (just being honest) and getting the right size in anything is normally hard let alone branded coats... here I was able to get a wonderful Regatta jacket that fitted perfectly. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for making buying clothing a pleasure for once, I will be back.

It was lovely to meet and chat with you at Crufts back in March this year, and my purchases from my shopping trip have been put to good use. Fellow competitors liked my jackets and managed to catch up with you at another show and were delighted with their new team purchases too.Personally I have found that your team back at base have excellent customer service skills and really make you feel that they take pride in getting to know their customers and giving us exactly what we want, not fobbing you off with what they think that you want. They are also skilled at ensuring that we get the correct fit without insulting their customers which I find quite refreshing, especially as I am on the short side of normal and not thin) lol. Their ability to explain the product technology terms is very reassuring too. Delivery is always with in the time stated if not a day or two earlier than expected. Huge well done to you and your team.I look forward to meeting you again at the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show at Llanellwedd, Builth Wells later this month, where I hope to find some more items to add to my wardrobe.

Fantastic company for all outdoor clothing. I bought a pair of Craghoppers trousers from a retail store and loved them so much I wanted another pair for me and a pair for my husband. After googling these trousers we found Warwickshire Clothing website. The range of different colours they stock is phenomenal! We've never seen such a variety anywhere, and they're amazing value for money. We initially bought a pair online from them which were delivered quickly and efficiently. We decided to visit the showroom today and I'm so glad we did. The range of stock is incredible. The owner is so helpful, running up and down to find our sizes and recommending various items. It was so lovely to chat to him about the history of the company too. We came away with 2 bags full of new walking clothes, just ready for our holiday in The Lake District. I've bought four of their Country Classics shirts so far. They're exceptional. Hardwearing, comfortable, vaccurate sizing, nice check patterns, reasonably priced and easycare so no ironing. Other brands could learn from them!
