I had a very smooth collection from PSS. The driver Steve contacted me the previous night to arrange the time. On the morning of the collection, he arrived early and completed the whole process within 15 minutes, so that I was not in a rush to take my kid to school, which was super helpful! Thank you very much Steve!

Highly recommended for international moving. After a lot of online searching, mobile surveys, numerous emails and a huge discrepancy in pricing I chose PSS to relocate us back to Australia. PSS were the only company to offer a physical site survey. Micheal was very thorough in his assessment and produced a quotation that was very competative.The administration process and communication could not be faulted as well, thank you Sophie and Rachel. John and Allen (the two main packers) are highly efficient and competent. I have not come across such efficiency in all of my home relocations to date. They constantly checked in to make sure everything in each room had been packed as we expected. We had a tricky road for the container to navigate but all of this was handled quickly and professionally and without damage to driveways or grass verges. The container was then packed and off the property within a couple of hours.Very impressed with the service we received and highly recommend PSS for your international move.

I chose PSS International Removals due to the seemingly amazing reviews online however it is a shame that I can only justify 1 star. I have recently moved to Canada from the Uk and required shipping across some personal items. At the start of the process all was going great, they helped me with custom forms and answered emails timely despite the time difference. However, they failed to communicate to DHL the scheduled collection date of May 25th, and a day was wasted for a missed collection. When a collection was made the next day, a delivery lorry showed up and declared that a van should've been booked and the boxes were then added to another customers collection, which the driver then stated may impact my delivery. The issues with the collection were addressed to PSS in an email of which they brushed under the rug and blamed DHL. My boxes then ended up sitting in their warehouse for a week before being shipped. Once they arrived in Canada, none of the custom forms were valid and I had to complete everything myself, from the forms to going to the airport to sort out the issue. When arriving at the airport, DHL claimed that there was errors of their end in terms of the quantity of boxes I should have as well as the fact that difficulties arose from the boxes being shipped on different days. The custom agents in Canada had to step in and help. The company was hired for the sole point of getting the boxes from point A to B as stress free as possible and that was not the case. I would not recommend using the company unless you want to be stressed and have to deal with things yourself.

The remote consultation is really a plus. The removal team was extremely efficient and professional. They packed up all our belongings from our 2BR in no time (but well!). What I liked less was that I didn’t get much information on the time of the removal until the morning of the removal (I really started to worry on the night before!). I ended up wasting a whole morning waiting at home as I had taken the whole day off my work for what was in the end the matter of 2 hours to get all my belongings packed.Despite this irritating part, I recommend the company. Once I got contacted by the removal manager (very nice and helpful) everything went smoothly.Now I need to wait to get my shipment!

AVOID using PSS International Removals…After using PSS International Removals for my move from Chester, UK to Malta I would not recommend this company at all. A terrible, terrible service which started as soon as the deposit was paid. Hidden charges post deposit, incorrect paperwork sent without explanation and lack of updates throughout the entire process.Items upon pick up were damaged (my piano), and then items when they arrived were inadequately packed resulting in one item being damaged beyond repair.Avoid.

Very professional from the arrangements to the packing. It would be better if the price was set upfront as one thinks of something as paid; due to fluctuation in freight costs this is not the case.Over all I feel our goods are in safe hands.. that is what counts the most.
