Asda Barons Quay, Northwich Supermarket

Store itself is fine for grocery shopping. Loses 2 stars because of their click and collect service (for groceries). I use this service because I have a physical disability, so it saves me walking around the shop. At this store, you have to request your order at the customer service desk, and are then left standing in no particular place, sometimes for up to 10 minutes. Firstly, this feels very awkward and can be confusing for the staff who don't know who they are meant to meet with the shopping. Secondly, standing waiting absolutely pains me, literally. I would be really grateful if this store could have a designated area with seating for customers to wait, or for customers to be given the option to have the trolley brought to their (designated parking spaces?), to make this service more disability friendly.At the moment I cannot keep using click and collect at this store for this reason. (I do use delivery, which is great, but sometimes C&C has its perks and is usually much cheaper).

Asda Northwich can only be described as a health hazard. The cafe looks as though it has never been cleaned (but is used by filthy animals that don't know how to feed themselves without making a disgusting mess). The toilets are even worse. Never clean. Why is it people seem to forget how to use public toilets without urinating and defaecating all over the place?? I dread to think what their homes" are like. I bet their personal hygiene is dreadful."

Handy one stop shop for everything you need, plenty of room and well stocked. Free car park with ample parking and handy location for the rest of the town centre. Cafe has some printables to keep the kids amused too!

Went today as had to drop a parcel off & decided to use the loo. Disabled toilet locked. Had to use the main loo...all toilet full of paper. Disabled one wouldn't flush. Smelt bad. People were coming in, seeing and walking out. To top it all they have purposefully created a bottle neck by the cafee till which is the thru way to the loos pay placing gardening stuff on cages right beside the till queue. I could only just get my mobility scooter through. Just so ableist and unthinking. I was really out off i actually turned around and left and thought better of actually going in the store. Disgusting.

We grabbed a quick bottle of pop & went to the toilet. 1 toilet has an out of order sign on the door. The other three toilets also needed signs. None of them were flushing & they looked a mess. There were a number of unhappy ladies trying & trying to flush the toilets but had no luck. Disappointing for an early start.

Easy parking, clean safe space to walk around. Riverside park to sit down in.

Shocking, till staff slow, only 1 person collecting the locked away stock for 6 tills, after asking that the game we were there to purchase be collected whilst we waited on the long queue, I was told they only have one person, the same one that was doing a price check and looking for a replacement bag of flour for another shopper, after waiting 10mins and finally getting served, found that the game was not in stock!!!I asked why are the boxes on the shelf and they explained because they sell them online, which makes no sense at all, avoid for anything but the weekly food shop.

Don't shop there for all my essentials but was OK for what I needed. For some reason around teatime there are always cages what colleagues are working on blocking areas I need to go. Annoying.
