Brilliant service today. Turned up on spec with engine management issues. Diagnosed there and then and on my way. Couldn’t have had better customer service.

Faultless service. If you own a (older) Range Rover you know the stress that can come with even a minor problem. Picked up my car from Les Potts after he was recommended. Just relaxed, straightforward service that didn’t leave me with the sense of dread I’ve had in the past. Now I know exactly what people mean when they say a Land Rover/ Range Rover needs a specialist. I’ll definitely be back.

My car developed an engine fault on a long journey from Hampshire to Seaham on Wednesday. On Thursday morning I tried Durham Land Rover who were unable to fit me in for a diagnostic check until Tuesday at the earliest and wanted £175 just for the diagnostic! (I was due to return home on Monday). I phoned Les Potts and they invited me to see them immediately. They diagnosed the fault, (at no charge), and booked me in for first thing Monday morning so that I could return home on Tuesday.From start to finish, the service was impeccable and totally professional. Nothing was too much trouble and as a final benefit, when I went to collect my car, I was advised that the work had taken less time than expected and I was only charged for the actual work done, not the quoted price, a saving of almost £350.I would have no hesitation in recommending Les Potts as an outstanding 4x4 specialist/garage.Thank you Les and your team.

We received a fantastic service from Paula and the team at Les Potts. Our LR D4 developed a cracked inlet manifold whilst we were up in the NE on holiday. They were able to fit us in for a replacement at short notice and provided a courtesy car so we could continue our holiday visiting family uninterrupted. Had my car booked in for 1.30pm to get a brand new battery and replace the door locking module. My husband went to pick it up at 5pm and the lady said we just didn't have time to do it ring back up next week my car hadn't moved from where it was parked. why book a car in for a job if you haven't got time to do it and can't even be bothered to ring the customer either absolutely shocking.

As a Land Rover / Range Rover owner for fifteen years, I just can't recommend Les Potts 4 Wheel Drive enough. What makes the difference for me is their depth of product knowledge and ability to resolve any issues. I gave up with the dealers because of cost and poor product knowledge in my opinion. Hi used this Less Potts 4WD on many occasions for my works fleet Vehicle's and the service is amazing as a business it is essential to the business that are landcover's are in good working order and any problems are fixed quick i know that Less Potts is just a phone call away and Paula books us in asap . All the staff are very friendly and helpful and the Depth of knowledge they have is amazing Dominic has explained the best way to do repairs several time in the past .would recommend thank you Very much for all you help.
