I’m not one for spending time on feedback but good work should be recommended to others and Valentino and his team do good work. He has done three floors for me. I like his straightforward approach.He turns up as promised and you get his full attention until the job is finished, although he will be flexible if it can’t all be done in one go. He gives good advice, is happy to make suggestions based on his plumbing & tiling experience and is up to date with new products to use to get the best results.Slate tiles are invariably different thicknesses but using the levelling clips which I’d not seen before aligns the top surface of the slates accurately to give a perfectly flat floor.

Valentin runs a very busy team but managed to tile our kitchen/diner floor within a short timeframe. It was a complicated job which involved removing existing tiles and laminated flooring. The team turned up on time and we trusted them with our key so that we could escape any mess for 3 days. We came home to find that they’d done a lovely job and cleaned up. Valentin’s advice on grouting was spot on. We are very pleased with the result.

Had 3 floors tiled last year, took the advice of Valentino and had joists reinforced and new water resistant floor boards as the old ones were damaged. The team did a great job, turned up when they said and even finished it quicker than expected. Would recommend

I had a bathroom refit by Valentino and his company and what excellent work. They gutted the room and replaced the bath with a corner shower unit. They tiled the walls with slate tiles on the floor. With the advice from Valentino we decided to have him fit panels to the ceiling and it looks great. From the start they worked every day until the job was completed. Excellent company.

we had a full bathroom renovation with CPT and we are extremely happy with the finished product. they made us feel listened to and sorted out any problem that they came across. they finished faster then they originally quoted even though they had setbacks due to added problem they came across while removing bathroom. the staff were very professional and worked long hours to make sure that our bathroom was completed to a very high standard. i wouldn't hesitate to hire them again if we needed another bathroom in the future as they are worth every penny and more. thank you for help
