Steve did a fanatic job with restoring and cleaning our Edwardian tiles floor following some water damage. From initial in person consultation through to completion of the work, we were kept informed at all stages and Steve took great care over the job explaining the process and options at each stage. Some sections of tiles were lifted, set down again and grouted, others replaced and then the whole floor was cleaned. Very happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Clearly Steve has the expertise and knowledge of working with various internal and external tile floor finishes. From preparation through to completion Steve is meticulous with his work. Steve did an amazing job on our badly installed limestone flags. They had a lot of lime grout haze from being installed without sealing and they looked very dull and dirty. We tried everything we could think of to get the grout off but nothing had worked. Steve spent a day grinding the surface of the stones and got the majority of the haze off. Then he spent a second day sealing the flags and now they looks so much better.My only regret is not getting this done a lot sooner.Pricing was excellent!! We were originally thinking of getting the floor soda blasted and the price was in the thousands. This was a much gentler, cleaner and cheaper option.

Steve originally came to do remedial work on our porcelain floor tiles over 2 years ago when they were fairly new. The tiler had not done a good cleaning job and the floor had not been sealed. Steve has just been back to do a maintenance visit involving a deep clean, a repair of some failed grouting and resealing the grout lines. Everything looks great again and the service was excellent.
