Mo was kind, super helpful and responsive. Needed a- battery replacement and was seamless / overnight pickup and delivery. Very Reasonable fee. Highly recommended.

I bought an iPad from The Laptop Clinic and dealt with a man named Mos. He keep me waiting for over 3 weeks for the refund when he offered since the waiting for the iPad is long and he ended up selling someone else. But it already 3 weeks and he’s telling me there’s account team while on here the owner said “1 man”? Looks like it’s a scam so I’m gonna wait for few more days before proceed with legal action and I don’t think the company even on Company House.

I have been a customer at FIX for years. Now I have met the guys from The Laptop Clinic and was very impressed.My laptop was old, very slow and the battery needed replacement as I have the laptop always plugged in the mains even that I know I shouldn’t. So I went to Streatham on Thursday 27th August 2020 to leave my laptop for repair for a maximum amount of £200 all inclusive.The very next day I got a call from The Laptop Clinic. They offered me a refurbished laptop, same screen size, newer version of my old hp and a faster chip, plus office suite and mcafee with one year of warranty. All this for £250 including free delivery and free data transfer from the old to the new laptop. On Saturday evening my laptop was delivered to my door step.I honestly can and will recommend this company as I like their professional attitude, friendly approach and first class customer service I appreciate the very competitive pricing for their service. You really can’t ask for more.

Wanted my 2019 laptop fixed, they couldn’t fix the graphics card. I was charged £20 for that pleasure & when I pointed out they advertised free diagnostics all over their website I was told I still had to pay as I already accepted the fee when they emailed me. I couldn’t check at the time as they had my laptop ironically. I pointed out I had checked their website after & it states FREE all over it but you can’t do much when they’re holding your laptop hostage. Taking my laptop to the manufacture who told me they COULD fix it for free. I would not recommend. The lady I spoke to on the phone however was very pleasant, professional & only relaying information they were told even if it goes against Trading Standards.7 MONTHS LATER: Despite the response to pay the money back, they took my bank details and never sent the money.

Fantastic service, my old iMac was picked up at lunch time and delivered at 9pm on the same day, all sorted, really helpful chap willing to give advise.

These guys provide a great service with their collection and delivery which is free I may addI spilt my drink on my laptop, called them and gave them the model number and they confirmed that they had the keyboard in stockthey recommended that they clean the motherboard to which I agreedThey collected the laptop and returned it fixed 3 days later!It wasn’t cheap but the service was definitely worth it
