Can't Make A Cappuccino. Stopped Doing My Order To Refill Someone Else's Cup. supposed to be a Starbucks it totally sucks

The union bar has much room for improvement. The bar staff are lovely, always helpful but that is where the good ends.The food is often prepared undercooked. The burgers are a joke, frozen tasteless patties that seem to come straight out of Farmfoods and with a pint of dark fruits will set you back nearly £10!!It is no wonder that the place is empty most nights. Overpriced, horrid food and drink. Currently sat with a cheese pizza and the cheese is half cooked and tastes like jelly. I keep trying to give this place chances as I like supporting the university and try to use student services available to the students, but the union bar is a constant let down.The prices need to come down and the food improved.Such a shame
