Had a lovely massage and much needed facial. She is very professional and knows just the right amount of pressure to ease aching muscles. Especially after a tough exercising session. Also very convenient location. My skin felt great afterwards. Poppy is also very knowledgeable about the products and helped me to transform my skin care routine.

Poppy's massage service is excellent. She helped me recover from an arm injury that was really affecting the quality of my life. I visit regularly to keep on top of issues in my shoulder and back, and would be totally lost without her! Very professional and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended

Poppy is an excellent masseuse. She has years of experience working with Olympians and the Welsh rugby team . She will find the source of your problem and work it out over a period of time. Her room is very peaceful and smells wonderful. I would definitely recommend her treatment.
