Have had bedroom furniture on 2 occasions . We’re so pleased with the service from nine years ago and the same service repeated . Carl was so helpful in the sale room . The young man( sorry Didn t get your name:( )arrived on time and worked on his own . The room was left immaculate The end result was superb . So pleased with them . The price had barely changed in the nine years since we had the furniture fitted in our bedroom . I would wholeheartedly recommend them .

Had a problem with some vinyl doors on wardrobes basically the vinyl had completely become detached. I had used this company twice before and had no problems. When I phoned they didn’t call back and when I called them and dealt with Graham he explained that because it was over 6 years they couldn’t do anything. I have vinyl doors from B and Q and Homebase that are I’ve had for more than 10 years with no problem and are far superior to GM Fitted. Obviously it’s a manufacturing fault not a warranty issue but they dismissed me accordingly. Sold as premium but not even as good as B and Q didn’t even bother to visit to acknowledge.
