Nice big airy place. My family does the shopping and I do the un-shopping, so I particularly notice friendly helpful staff. This place has some great staff today, but staff come and go. Ho hum.

A perfect place for Christmas or any time shopping. The staff are friendly and plentiful. There is such a variety here it's well worth a visit.

Poorly trained staff! label the prices incorrectly and the then wonder why the customer is upset when they don't honour what they have written on the price tag. a bizarre way to conduct business, and no apologies either.

Well laid out store with wide aisles, and all on one floor, unlike most of their stores. Great stock, and it is always a hive of activity with staff constantly replenishing shelves. Lots of furniture and larger household items to choose from. Staff are very friendly and willing to help with heavy and awkward items, taking them out to the car. Rails are normally kept very tidy, which can be a problem in some of their stores, where customers seem to think it's a jumble sale! My cat is very impressed with the bargain occasional chair we recently bought for a bargain price.

Fantastic store that offers an extensive range of products at unbeatable prices. This store has something for everyone, with a vast selection of fashion, accessories, home decor, gifts, and much more. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, making it a shopping haven for those who love to hunt for treasure. The staff members are friendly and always willing to help find that perfect item. I love shopping at TK Maxx and have never left the store empty-handed. I would highly recommend anyone to check out their amazing deals and products.

Dear TK Maxx and potential customers,My recent visit to the Hedge End branch was incredibly disappointing due to the rude staff and appalling customer service, particularly from an older blonde lady. The lack of a simple apology and her dismissive attitude left me frustrated.This experience has significantly impacted my perception of TK Maxx, and I have decided not to shop at the Hedge End branch ever again. I hope your head office will address these concerns to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

Love this branch! It's calm and not chaotic like the one inside Southampton. Update: still loving this branch! I buy more stuff from this one than I do with the one in town! Much more choices and options here!

First time to visit this TK Maxx branch and it’s massive. So many products to choose from at affordable prices and big brands. Plenty of clean changing rooms. The shelves are fully stocked. Christmas decors are ready on display for the festive season.

I didn’t realise the shop will be so big!! They have a massive range of different stock and amazing reduction racks!! Worth visiting!! Just prepare yourself with sufficient time, I made the mistake to go an hour before closing and regretted I couldn’t look at the full extent of products they had in on that day!
