We took our poochon Chico here at the weekend - this was his first groom since we rescued him. We were very impressed - he was such a different dog! When we got him he was matted, which got worse on the lead up to his appointment - a lot of hair was taken off him due to the state of his coat - but the warmer weather is coming in so that's ok. Antonia did an amazing job and she was good with him too. Well worth the money! He's also booked in for his next appointment. Lovely wee shop too - very clean

Friendly and professional - an excellent grooming service. Antonia was so kind and reassured our little shih-tzu. He looks fab: so trim and clean. Highly recommended.

Amazing groomers! Antonia and team are brilliant with the dogs. I’ve been taking my puppy Teddy and they make him feel so calm - he loves getting pampered. The salon is spotless and it’s great value for money. We will be back xx

I cannot recommend Groomroom enough! My dog Monroe has been visiting Antonia for the past few years. Monroe is extremely anxious and requires a regular groom. Antonia is extremely patient, gentle and professional with her approach. I feel extremely comfortable leaving Monroe in her care.

Friendly, but the quality of the cut was not great. Yorkshire terrier, they cut the whiskers off and face was cut uneven. Shaved random bit behind the ear. Did not argue at the time as didn't notice straight away. Won't go back.

Took my Miniature Schnauzer to see Antonia for her first groom. Antonia did a superb job and exceeded my expectations. People comment what a lovely cut Lola has had. Highly recommended.

We have been taking our Lhasa Apso to Antonia at the groom room for the past 3 years and I honestly can’t thank her enough. Not only is she amazing at what she does, our little dog feels so comfortable around her. She goes above and beyond as she has even kept our dog for a little longer one time we were unable to collect her on time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog except the groom room.
