The Therapy & Lifestyle Clinic

I first started attending the Therapy & Lifestyle Clinic in Sept/Oct 2022 after being diagnosed with PTSD and Anxiety following a road traffic accident. I have been seeing Billie. At times the sessions have been tough, especially the ones where we spoke about the accident. However now after months of attending the clinic, I can honestly say I actually feel better, and more content and in control of my life than I did even before the accident. Although it took for me to be in an accident to access therapy. I would suggest anyone to go and have a session, as it’s amazing what you can achieve and what you learn about yourself. Massive thank you for Sian for speaking on the phone to me for my initial assessment as I was at breaking point when we spoke. And again to Billie, thank you for being so amazing. Would give you more than 5*’s if I could. Thank you for giving me the confidence and the tools to tackle life

I cannot recommend the therapy lifestyle clinic enough, sian has really helped me get out of a mindset that has been holding me back for the last 5 years, I’ve struggled with a marriage that has come to an end and this therapy has put me in such a better place mentally and I’m now looking forward to the future, thank you Sian.

Entered into the treatment with very skeptical mindset and essentially as a last resort.Happily, I can say all my preconceived ideas surrounding therapy were well and truly dashed. Sian was absolutely fantastic to deal with and over the course of 6 months has helped to rejuvenate my personal life to a point a thought had long passed.
