LA Nails

Terrible experience man that did my nails was rude and very hostile!!! zero customer relations experience put too much glue on a nail that kept coming off and my fingers hurt. Forgot a stamp card and won’t stamp it back despite going there for 2 treatments previously!! He speaks his language with staff and it can make customers very uncomfortable!!! Certainly won’t be going back there however on a more positive note the girl that does the pedicures is very nice and friendly she takes her time and her foot massages feel amazing hope she gets to open her own business one day and not work in such a hostile environment!!!

Love this place my only place to get the best nails.Friendly service staff are friendly and attentive to detail.

First ever pedicure… before i knew it toe nails were being painted.. I had to ask for them to be cut.. the chap is so abrupt bordering on rude.

Bad experience didn’t know what shellac colour was and nails looked terrible . I was attending a wedding so had a full set done a week later on holiday nails fell off just like I put a packet of false nails on myself . Also expensive as cost me over £80 for full set and a pedicure , over priced rubbish will never go here again .

my nails are terrible and I am ashamed to show them to someone, I was in this salon for the first and last time. don't recommend...

One week after getting my nails done, the top coat had come off and one had snapped, I went in and got the one nail redone after being sighed at, they had to do it twice because it was wonky, they filed my my actual nail down so much at the side I bled and the shellac isn’t even the same colour as the rest. I felt bad saying anything so I’ve left with a different coloured wonky nail with top coat varnish all over my cuticles that I can’t get off now. They don’t seem to want to help or care, don’t waste your time or money.

Had a gel removal and tidy up here and the damage done to my nails was appalling. It was quite painful at points too. The picture shows the state of my nails a week on with me applying oil daily to try and repair. I’ve had to book in elsewhere next week to try and get some TLC for them.

So upset with my nailsIv been growing my nails for so long to have natural overlays, the women ruined my nails I told her repeatedly I want to keep my length I don’t like short nails!!I can’t believe what she had done I honestly feel so upset it’s my birthday what a awful start to my day! After applying acrylic she drilled them down to tiny length i had to stop her halfway before making any more nails shorter!!!YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY £30 WASTEDthey use there language barrier as a excuse they’ve been doing nails in that salon for 15years surely they must understand english
