Neil came to our rescue during an incredibly stressful house move and we are eternally grateful for his calm and sensitive approach. He and his colleague were so knowledgable, sensible and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. He also brought in the wonderful Samantha to do the move-out clean and she too was completely professional as well as being a reassuring presence. I cannot recommend Neil and his team highly enough and only wish we'd gone to him at the outset.

Neil, Samantha and Martin were brilliant. What was a distressing time; dismantling a parental home was dealt with by the team with efficiency and empathy. I couldn't believe how quickly they sorted things into discreet sections. A dump run was factored in so room could be made for the 'good stuff'. They were all very polite and helpful. Not that I will be in this situation again but I would recommend Neil and his team unreservedly. A huge thanks to Neil and the team for a wonderful job clearing our family home! A big job of clearing a fully furnished home,garage and 2 outbuildings in 7 hours! Very highly recommended. Neil and Sam cleared my in-laws house this week (end July 2023) - they arrived on time, worked tirelessly and with good humour and sensitivity … even gave me a couple of keepsakes they came across that we had missed (a dog eared diary/scrapbook from 2nd world war written by a member of my mum-in-law’s family and a Rolex watch - both very much wanted). Cleared house properly so that next day there was nothing left but the kettle and a couple of cups (which I had asked to be kept). Walls, floors and fittings were not damaged. Dealing with Neil beforehand was a pleasure - quote came by email same day and price was honoured and paid the evening following clearance by bank transfer.

We needed urgent help in clearing out an elderly relatives home and needed a company that we could rely on and trust to do the work for us due to us living some distance away. From the first contact with Neil we were kept fully informed as to costs and timings and once the flat was emptied Neil sent numerous photos of the entire flat showing how it had been left. We couldn’t be happier with Neil and his team. The efficiency and professionalism helped make a difficult time easier to bear. Thank you Neil.

A huge thank you to West Oxon House Clearance who recently carried out a house clearance for us at a relatives house. They did an excellent job at an extremely competitive price. They were both very cheerful and worked so hard throughout the house clearance. They both went out of their way to help us and ensure it was done very well. They also, at no extra cost, drove round to my house afterwards with a couple of pieces of the furniture I wanted to keep. Before the house clearance Neil came and had a look at what we needed clearing and even gave me a few suggestions on how we could sell a few of the better pieces of furniture instead of clearing them which I then successfully did.I would always use them for any sort of clearance now and I highly recommend them to anyone needing an excellent caring company for house clearance.

Suzanne, Jeff and I contacted West Oxon House Clearance after the recent passing of our mother and needed her property in Witney cleared promptly.Neil arrived one evening to give a quote, returned a few days later with his team, and worked quickly, methodically and sympathetically. His father even pruned my mother's wisteria so I could get it in my car to take back to Norfolk, and they took trees to Bampton at no extra charge.Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. 5 * business!
