H. Dale Funeral Directors

H Dale Funeral Directors recently handled the arrangements for my wife's funeral. I found them to well-organised, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, friendly and sensitive. H Dale's team conducted their part of the actual funeral in a very kindly and gracious manner. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Can I Just say H.Dale were absolutely fantastic in helping me & my family arrange my late nans funeral on the 18th August 2023 from the very first phone call then Andy Fitzgerald coming to my home to sort it out from start to finish Andy was excellent & kept me in the loop via phone/ emails right up until the day of the funeral.My mum & Grandad went to see my nan at the Chapel of rest & said the staff were great.& also Adele was great and all staff.And also a big thank you to Linda Bennett for conducting the service it was flawless.Many thanks & best wishes,Wayne.

From the moment we contacted H. Dales and spoke to Andy we were treated with great respect and dignity. He guided us through the nightmare of arranging a funeral for my beautiful wife and made sure that all our's and Hilda's wishes were carried out in full. He explained everything and guided us on all our options.Even down to finding the right version of a piece of music we wanted, nothing was too much trouble. On the day, we were helped by all the staff present to get through a most difficult time. Andy's choice of Linda Bennett as minister was perfect and she delivered the service beautifully, so thank you Linda, Andy and all the staff at Dales.

Jackie, Adele and everyone at H Dale are the most supportive and kindest people ive ever met. After the heartbreaking passing of my mum I could hardly think, let alone communicate effectively. But every little comment I made about my mum was picked up by Jackie and Adele, even to the smallest detail of mum loving lemon sherberts.... Jackie even put some of these in my mums coffin for her. The funeral was beautiful and all the family was looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. I would very highly recommend. An Absolutely top class service .... only the best for my mum. Dales are the best from the start they did everything prefect for my dad funeral; nothing was to much trouble. Adele is the most caring person who is very professional and good at her job.Even at my dads funeral Adele support me and I will never forget that.Dales are highly recommended and we have always used them .They really are one of the best.

We dealt with the Longton branch, everyone was so kind and considerate, which helped to make a very upsetting time comfortable to manage.Adele was so caring and compassionate when it was my mums funeral that it was a big relief to hear her on the end of the phone when my dad passed away..She made sure everything was taken care of, it was good to see a friendly face when discussing he arrangements and she was so supportive throughout the process making the whole situation easy to cope with.... Thanks to all the team at H.Dales for looking after us all throughout the process, special thanks to Adele for all your hard work to ensure dad's funeral was just a perfect celebration of his life.

We lost our daughter in February. Went to dales because they did our mum and dad's funeral and they were fabulous delt with everything, couldn't ask for more, Adele and Kelly are brilliant

I cannot recommend Dales more highly. Needless to say, it was a difficult time but they went above and beyond to ensure that the funeral was just the way we wanted, getting the music we wanted and ensuring the church and crematorium were able to play our requests. Everyone was very helpful the whole way through the process, keeping in touch regularly with updates and queries. At the funeral service there was no rush and timings were perfect.
