Alicia was great with our 2 Labradors and clearly loves dogs. They were very happy to be left with her and have shed far less hair since. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Alicia has been fantastic with our rehomed Cocker Spaniel, Rosie.Rosie can be nervous of strangers and Alicia really took her time so Rosie didnt get anxious and she does a great job too!Very professional and very reasonable too.

I took my very anxious Parsons terrier Gus for a groom at Triple H this morning and I couldn't be happier- Alicia was so understanding and reassuring (even sending me a photo mid-groom to put my mind at ease) Gus went from shaking uncontrollably to licking her face in minutes, the two of them were firm friends by the time I collected him! Alicia did a fantastic job grooming him- I was so pleased when I picked him up, he looks amazing. I would definitely recommend Triple H dog grooming to everyone. I've already made his next appointment.

Alicia is a lovely lady and a very proficient dog groomer. Much more importantly, my dog loves her. If he see her whilst we are out he makes a beeline for her. He is perfectly happy to go in to the groom room without a backwards glance. That'll do for me
