The Family Dental Practice

I have been with them for 15 years minimum. They service level kept going down and now is awful. Dentist doesn’t want to do anything herself always refers you to somewhere small tiny room lack of equipment it really says it all! Currently looking for another dentist.

I registered here a week ago and had an appointment for an NHS check-up and a deep clean.The registration process was easy and the reception staff left a reminder the day prior to my appointment.My appointment was slightly delayed (not unusual) but, once in, my dentist, Dr Mahsa, was excellent. She ensured I was comfortable throughout the process, giving me a break when I needed one, and explained what was going on with my teeth and what I needed to look out for. The cleanup was excellent and I felt well looked-after throughout.I would recommend the practice and Dr Mahsa to anyone in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about this dental practice, the reception staff are excellent and hands down Dr Mehran is the best dentist I have ever been to. Felt really valued & so well taken care of, so grateful for all they done for me.I would give them 10 stars if I could, thank you so much people.

Dr. Mahsa was the most unprofessional, petulant person I've ever encountered. She was shouting at me over having to cancel and reschedule, would not let me speak or explain. I won't go into too much detail but I would say avoid this dentist. I'll be switching dental practice because of her.

Receptionist is unpleasant with zero professionalism! She needs help from mental health department. Its sad seeing her struggle so much but she does need to be seen by a professional.

Called today due to sever toothache and I was kept on hold for 5 minutes and the call was then terminated. When I called back it said the surgery is now closed when it was still 4:30pm? After few attempts I received a call back and I was given given an appointment for the 1st August 2023?! She added that I will be contacted if there is any cancellations. Not sure who will cancel an appointment that they waited a month for :) I have asked her to remove me from their register and she in a sarcastic way said she will happy to do that. This surgery is beyond a joke. 5 star reviews arenot genuine customers! Please don’t waste your time with them as they have no morals to listen or care!

Very good family dental practice. Have been their customer for few years and I am very satisfied with the service they provide. Reception staff are always very helpful and friendly. Doctor Hikmet is one of the best, he is very professional and knowledgeable dentist here, all my teeth problems has been diagnosed and treated well by him. Will highly recommend the practice to anyone.

Amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I felt at ease and well taken care of the whole time. I would recommend Family dental practice to anyone looking for a wonderful dentist.This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had scale and polish every 6 months. My teeth looks white enough without using whitining kit.

Been going to this dentist for 19 years. Have had umpteen treatments and none of them have ever been of poor quality. In fact when an outside lab made a crown which wasn't 'perfect' my dentist H**leh offered to replace it without any further charges. She has always given treatment of a high standard and I recommend her highly. I can't say anything about the other dentists there as I haven't been treated by them so either ask for H**leh or give one of the others a try first and see how they are. I agree one or two of the receptionists there can seem a bit cold if you catch them at the wrong time, but if you smile and charm them a little they usually warm up; remember everyone is dealing with their own stresses in life so give them a little warm energy and maybe they'll give you some back. I can't say people haven't had bad experiences here with a dentist or receptionist but in all the years I've been going there I've never once thought of moving to another practice. One more thing, I recommended a friend of mine to go here and he got a set of perfectly fitted dentures on the NHS without any of the problems that arise from poorly fitted ones done by dentists that don't care. H**leh is one of the most professional dentists you will find anywhere.
