Not an issue with this lad, everything was spot on. Polite and very easy and nice to have around. Rob fixed a leak on my boiler and fitted a few new radiators. Did a cracking job and i would highly recommend him

Was due to arrive at 9am today. Didn’t turn up. No response to multiple calls and messages. Completely unreliable and a complete waste of my time.

Wow what a lovely chap. Just phoned him thinking it was going to cost loads. And he talked me through it as it was pressure dropped in system and stayed on phone till all running. Can't even buy him a pint as no idea who he is. But huge thanks. Jackie

Beware. Charged me for parts that were never changed. Blocked all numbers I called from. Refused to come and fix the issue I paid for. Utter con man. Avoid like the plague.

Very disappointed. Had a boiler installed last year and it was due for its first year service.First excuse, he been burgled (I did a return trip of 24 miles fitted him not to turn up). Second excuse, I wasn't on Portsea Island, another 24mile return trip for me.(where is The Historic Dockyard, then?). There wasn't a third excuse; he just didn't bother to give me a time, even though promised to do job in the afternoon.I'm not the first person he's let down this week.
