I will give DIY kitchens the highest rating and recommendation that I can give them. Our first purchase was to buy all the units for a large L-shaped kitchen and utility with quartz worktops.We were so happy with the quality of the units, online design tool, customer service and value for money that we have just bought another five units covering 3.5m to use as the base for an entertainment centre/bookshelf unit across a wall in an open plan area.We're not completely finished yet, as the photos show. But I wanted to give DIY this review because they have been far and away our best supplier on this renovation and extension project. Much better value for money versus Howdens, Magnet and even Ikea (where quality was very poor).Thanks DIY Kitchens.

We went to the DIY Showroom after reading good reviews about DIY Kitchens and were really impressed. Following our visit we decided on the range we liked and chose a bespoke paint colour for them to be sprayed in. Using the easy DIY Kitchens planner we planned out our perfect kitchen into the space we created. The planner was really straight forward and helpful adding spare and extra parts we needed. We ordered the kitchen and was kept updated on its arrival date/time etc. when the kitchen arrived we were really impressed with the packaging and quality of the kitchen. We forgot to add a few bits and DIY were really helpful to express them as fast as they could to us so we complete the install. Overall our experience was with DIY was fantastic, we love our kitchen and have recommended them to lots of people.

Great value, all units came well packaged and miles cheaper than howdens and a better range. Would always go back here in the future due to the cost/quality , ease of the online design facility and the showroom where you can view all the ranges and colours.

We ordered our kitchen this time last year from DIY when we were doing a revamp of our downstairs space! Couldn’t fault the service, quality or price! Have recommended them to many friends and family members! The best thing about the kitchens from DIY has got to be the fact all the cabinets come pre built, will the soft close drawers and bin inserts in! Makes it so much cheaper to fit!

I am absolutely delighted with my kitchen from DIY Kitchens and can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent quality, great customer service and quick delivery. I wanted to upgrade my kitchen without replaced all the cabinets so I ordered a combination of doors, drawers and tall units along with new cornices/plinths and worktops etc. The online planning tool was easy to use once I had taken all my measurements (even for a technophobe like me!) I visited the showroom to make my final decision about which range of kitchen/colour I wanted. I found the staff at the showroom to be really friendly and helpful with out being intrusive and the free tea/coffee stations were a real bonus after a fairly long drive from the midlands. On placing my order the team were quick to notice I had made an error having ordered a different range by mistake on a couple of doors and they contacted me the same day before processing the order. I was very impressed by this diligence on their part. It so easy to contact them on their message system online and queries are answered quickly. After delivery I did notice a couple of items were damaged but they were quickly replaced in time for my fitter with no quibbles.They are a fantastic company. Thank you DIY Kitchens! Just the tiling to do now...

Really good being able to design your kitchen down to the last door knob on the handy planner and get exactly the unit you desire in order to maximise your room, just make sure and measure twice. The kitchen from diy kitchens is really excellent quality, a lot better than I saw in some mainstream stores. After sales have so far been really responsive and helpful, I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen. Thanks to all the guys and girls at DIY kitchens.Kerry & Drew.

Very pleased with the quality, style and appearance of the DIY kitchen. As a novice at kitchen fitting, i was pleased that the cabinets were already assembled and I managed to make quite a good job of the fitting. After service was excellent too, I needed some extra cabinets and side panels, supplied very quickly. a quick telephone call secured some screws for the handles too. all in, a good service.

Scheduled delivery Date 12/06/23Date actually delivered 24/06/23Kitchen received damaged.To name a few,Back panels not glued, bottom and side panels were glued but not closed together, leaving gaps therefore units measuring 4or5 ml wider than should be and the shelves were to small for the units.The end panels were different colours to the units. The units Different shades of white to each other.Open shelve unit damaged and different colour to the rest of the kitchen units.In fact, it wasn't an open shelf unit. It was the carcass of a unit without a door and not painted with a finishing paint we ordered.Legs damaged.Draw runners broken.Also, footprints all over units, and covered in muck and bird poop.I made contact immediately and was told the replacements would be 4-6 weeks, we had already gone 3 weeks without a kitchen at the time and our kitchen fitters couldn't delay any longer.(Desperate times called for Desperate measures!) spoke to them that we would keep what we had and they requested we evidence all the damaged goods and we would be compensated. We did what they requested. Photos and videos provided.At first, we were told, we should have made contact in 21 days so nothing can be done. We evidenced we did!Then they didn't receive any of our emails and didn't respond. Called again.They began to receive our emails and responding. We felt we were getting somewhere. Last emailed received was an apology and asking what we would like. I asked to be compensated for the items received damaged as told we would on the first call made to them. Then silence.I have emailed using 3 different email addresses. Replied via previous threads and nothing! 24/11/23 and I have emailed again asking if someone could make contact with me or my husband to resolve this. 5 months after reporting damaged goods and in the exact same position.This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Blatantly getting ignored. 0 customer care, 0 after care and most definitely 0 product care.The stress this caused, the additional financial burden it accrured and they haven't the decency to respond.I gave the Company 5 months before I left this review and I had remained polite and patient. They should be ashamed.I would definitely not recommend.Please take my advice , Don't be taken in by the showroom! Check other places and the reviews first. On all forums.I wish we had.

* UPDATE *Absolutely poor quality,I took delivery of my kitchen to fine near half of my kitchen was damaged mixed transport damage and quality defects.So after spending nearly 3 hours taking photos and composing and email I reported the issue and they where actioned within 3 days,I requested that the replacement items to be quality checked to ensure no issues would re occur, they reassured be this would happen,So 10 days later replacements arrived with transport damage and quality issues.10 items with issues.When I looked inside the delivery van none of the items where securely strapped in the van at all they where all over the place which explains why I have issues, now the quality issues I can't see how they would off been passed through the extra QC inspection !! Asked the driver do you only deliver replacements and pick ups he said yes thats all so this shows you they have big issues,so again more time an effort reporting these issues.If I knew this before I wouldn't off placed an order with them so definitely be prepared to check all your items.I will post full images of all the issues I have on Facebook groups if you wish to see* UPDATE *Amazing you reply quicker to my review than my actual email with my issues* UPDATE *OMG what an absolute joke, so 3rd replacements have arrive today with quality defects spotted my the delivery driver. We chose DIY Kitchens after a lot of research, and we’re glad we did.Loads of choice, helpful staff and value for money.We had to introduce a couple of work-arounds for built-in Washing Machine and Tumble Drier, but it was all good.Stunning result.Thank you to you all.
