This company is looking after my mother in law.. The service provided is not great. They seem to be understaffed at all times & can not commit to when they will be attending. I appeciate that delays can happen, but nothing is communicated when this happens. We have had cases when they have not even turned up, again no communication or explaination for a service being paid for. Due to the lateness of attendance we have attended to her needs, meaning when the carers eventually turn up they have nothing to do & only stay 5-10min... THIS SERVICE IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH.... PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY TO CARE FOR THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE....

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. I wish I could rate this company 0 stars because they are not fit for work. If you get recommended this company DO NOT USE THEM. They are supposed to be caring for my 97 year old grandmother who can not get around the house with ease. They rarely turn up, do not even ring the next of kin to inform them that they aren't turning up and leave her alone. They FAIL as a care company. I could not be more disappointed and heart broken that this company has continuously failed to turn up to the job. Multiple phone calls have been made so they are aware. If you can not do the job described I suggest you give your clients over to a more competent company. AWFUL.

1st day and already let down. Told us they’ll visit mum between 3-6pm, didn't turn up. Not even out of hours number.
